        Abstract
        Mittelalterliche Lyrik ist eine Liedkunst. In jedem einzelnen Lied vereinen sich lyrische, musikalische und performative Komponenten. In der heutigen populären Mittelalterrezeption wird mittelalterliche Lyrik hauptsächlich musikalisch aufgenommen. So hat sich um die sogenannte Histotainmentmusik ein Gesellschaftskreis gebildet, der den Gegenstand der mittelalterlichen Liedkunst neu verhandelt. Der Zugang zum Mittelalter scheint hier vor allem von emotionalen und identitätsstiftenden Aspekten geprägt zu sein.Wie aber wird das Mittelalter im populärkulturellen Gedächtnis bewahrt? Und was sagt diese Art der Mittelalterrezeption über unsere Gesellschaft aus? Diesen Fragen wird anhand Walthers von der Vogelweide ""Palästinalied"", einem Marktklassiker der Histotainmentmusik, nachgegangen.

        Export search results

        A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
