Abstract

This Belgian EPPO/OLAF volume focuses on criminal and administrative investigations in Belgium. It includes a comprehensive collection of material relating to Art. 26–33 EPPO Regulation and Art. 3–17 OLAF Regulation, addressing the national statutory law relating to Belgian fraud investigations. The handbook contains translations, a synopsis of the EPPO adoption law (17 FEVRIER 2021. - Loi portant des dispositions diverses en matière de justice) and a list of the most important PIF offences (De PIF-misdrijven in België).
