        Arbeit und Politik im Kulturbetrieb

        Abstract
        Solidarität - spätestens seit der Corona-Pandemie ist sie auch im Kulturbetrieb in aller Munde. Doch was steckt hinter diesem diskursiven Aufschwung? Alexandra Manske legt eine wegweisende empirische Studie über Arbeit und Politik im Kulturbetrieb vor. Exemplarisch untersucht sie die arbeitspolitischen Spiele in den darstellenden Künsten. Ihre soziologischen Analysen im Theaterbereich und der freien Szene zeigen, dass die Interessenvertretung im Kulturbetrieb an Legitimation gewonnen hat und dies mit neuen, flexiblen Mustern von Solidarität einhergeht. Zudem wird deutlich, dass gesellschaftlicher Zusammenhalt (wieder) zu einem legitimen sozialen Anliegen geworden ist.

        Export search results

        A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
