        Abstract
The essay aims to dialogue with Del Punta’s work about the remote control. The transparency concept, which represents the essential guarantee to protect the dignity of the workers, will be the key of the dialogue. The same concept allows also to evaluate if the reform of the discipline, contained in the art. 4 St. lav., has fixed the open issues from the previous version: the poor integration with privacy legislation and the defensive controls. The final highlight is focused on the relationship between the regulation of remote controls and the workers use of social networks
