        Debunking Moral Generalism : New Vindications of Moral Particularism

        Abstract
        In this book, the idea of moral generalism, i.e. morality depends on moral principles, and its arguments are debunked. The author argues that there are no substantive true moral generalizations, and that the existence and provision of such generalizations are not necessary conditions for plausible moral thought, action and education.
         
        In diesem Buch wird der moralische Generalismus, i.e. Moral muss von allgemeinen Prinzipien abhängen, und dessen Argumenten kritisiert. Der Autor argumentiert, dass es keine substantive wahre moralische Prinzipien gibt, und dass die Bereitstellung solcher moralischen Prinzipien keine notwendigen Bedingungen sind für einen plausiblen moralischen Gedanken, Handlungen und für Moralbildung.

        Export search results

        A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.
