        Abstract
The cement and concrete industry contributes to the reduction of global CO₂ emissions. Approaches such as low-emission concrete, sustainable construction methods, and their practical feasibility are explored. Progress in low-emission cements, additive (3D printing) and modular construction, and relevant regulations for climate-efficient building are also discussed. The focus is on the efficiency, sustainability, and legal frameworks of these approaches.
